Good morning! I'm not very familiar with Avatar dragons, it has been a while since I last viewed the show, but based on the clip you linked — the dragon species shouldn't be very close. The white dragons are water-based and do not fly. This is important. In their youth, they have a sharper intelligence than the average beast, but remain animalistic. They do not breathe fire, though the enhanced dragon — the dragon once it has absorbed ice magic — will be able to perform ice sorcery. It is not now.
The dragon dance seems pretty unique to those particular Avatar fire dragons in their role as guardians of the firebenders — so I'd say its impact wouldn't be transferrable to the water dragon. At least unless the dance works on other dragons too? It seemed to be a very specific ritual in the clip.
You are welcome to gently thaw or outright explode the beacons — just be careful with getting caught. If you are completely destroying them, they'll release a waft of freezing cold that disperses shortly. If it's done in the vicinity of the dragon, it will probably absorb that magic faster than it was initially going to. It might get a liiiiiiittle bit shocked.
