I think unfortunately because we're so close to the 17/09 plot reveal about the Bessis, they wouldn't really be holding much by way of tours or receptions anymore — they're preparing for their own truce day celebrations, and they have their little secret to hide away. Lily and Emilia can still have one, if you like, but it'd be highly guarded and they'd only get to view a small selection of the sterile main halls, some of their fire rooms where the witches summon and manipulate fire, perhaps a few of the more risk-free libraries.

ii. Given the recent poisoning, Emilia would be allowed to use a small part of servants' kitchens, for one hour of the day. She'll find they cleanse anything she uses and throw away anything she leaves behind — just mindful of any further poisoning. She can gather herbs as she wishes!
