If we were expecting a peaceful follow-up we'd probably be tackling the Sith Lord and not letting anyone sink the boat or having funded explosions to get everyone out, but hey, we live we learn—
I adore imperfect control and him trying to convince fish perspectives to work with him, that'll be fun. Realistically, given his issues with not being in control, he'd probably end up ICly going for option 1, on the pretext that he starts with one mermaid and that difficulty, adds in another, another, finds the fourth sinks his ability to direct what they're doing, sticks to three after letting the fourth go again. Would that work? ... And can I make it exhaust him anyway given the thrall he's fighting on the mirror's behalf?
At that rate he'd only aim for them to help protect people fallen overboard and get them out of waters again, and to help lift the anchor/s if the other mermaid undead hadn't ripped those out already (are the undead mermaids scaling the anchor chains).
