CHARACTER(S) & CANON(S): moiraine damodred ( wheel of time ) WHO THEY ARE, THE ONE-LINE ELEVATOR PITCH: moiraine's a noble lady who discovered that she could channel (do magic) which became the best day of her life. she honed her skill, heard a prophecy and dedicated the last twenty years of her life to an insane quest in order to help save the world from darkness. she has a lot of stories from her travelling that she can be convinced to share, fills your mentor/guide/mom-role and will help keep you safe past the point of her own safety. ICE BREAKER ROUNDS: i. What skills does your character urgently need to pick up? how to use the network! she could also use work on her herbs and plant knowledge.
ii. Do the ends justify the means for them? if it helps her quest/goals, absolutely. otherwise she's selective about what she'll involve herself in. she's a sucker for a cause, though (and helping people)
iii. What would they do to everyone's favourite red gear, given five minutes and a dark alley? she isn't fussed about everyone else's but she'd make hers blue!
CR THAT WOULD DRIVE THEM UP A WALL, BUT YOU WANT ANYWAY: people with shady/questionable motives/actions. even though moiraine also shrouds her motives in mystery, anyone that's darker in motives she wouldn't enjoy. but i'm a sucker for all cr c: CR THAT WOULD BRING OUT THEIR MOST SPARKLING SELVES: someone to protect or be soft around, people that challenge what she says in a way that makes her smile.
WHAT DOES YOUR CHARACTER BRING TO THE TABLE?? magic!!! healing!! a lot of very good stories, a good handle on politically solid conversations and diplomacy. or manipulating people. and sniffing out secrets. and insane amounts of stubbornness. she's a lot wrapped for a tiny parcel.
