Hihi. I'm Will and brand new to the game. I'm bringing in one Ben Mason from the series Falling Skies.
He's just your ordinary kid caught up in an alien invasion bent on eradicating humans from the planet. Oh, except for the part where ordinary got left by the wayside when he was harnessed into slave labor. No worries, he was rescued and deharnessed... except for the spikes that run from his neck down his back. The spikes give him some benefits though, besides a stylish set of spikes for the very best in dinohaute couture. Endurance, strength, amazing senses, and the ability to pick up some radio signals through the spikes. Okay that part royally sucks but whatever a guy has to do.
Ben will be coming in from the second to last episode of the series which means there's hope for mankind, and its in part because of his efforts. He's also recently endured torture because of what he is. So new people might leave him a little skittish - funny only if you know the series - but finding a place where he can lend a hand will help him shake it off.
He'll be arriving at the lighthouse soon as I get off my ass, dealing with thoughts of life and death as well as the reality of a few kilos of watching his skin try and die for him.
