hello!! it's kerry ( of moiraine damodred ) bringing in the best space girl you could have: number one. she has a name but good luck learning it.

number one's known as the best first officer in the fleet for a reason: she's ridiculously competent a quick thinker and though she made a damn good engineer she switched over to helm before working up into command. she also has a ridiculously high wall around her, making her seem far less fun than she is. there are many reasons why she's like this but the cliff notes are: you're welcome for her being here, she's gonna try and save some butt even without technology.

ridiculous work ethic aside, please enjoy her sass and sarcasm, especially if you're gonna do something dumb. with the weird crew she's seeming to land with she's gonna need it all. i'm still on plurk on

I am so excited to have space girl here, who is weirdly named after Five's astronaut brother. Just going to gloss right over that coincidence (in hopes that it comes up later, because who goes by 'Number One' that isn't from his weird-ass family). She's so useful and not magic, the two best things you can be.

IT'S DIFFERENT. A different kind of like. Five is completely and unhealthily obsessed with his family, but he knows how stupid they can be. It's refreshing to have One Smart Person who uses actual logic to solve problems. (Or two! hey Spock hey)
