It can't be as a single log/meeting, I think. That would only capture what you've unearthed in the period, say, 1-15 May, before you have another post on, let's say, 15 June.

If we want this to be workable, I think the best way to do it wpuld be having a post that's "open" for submissions for, let's say, 30 days before a new one pops up. In that period, folks can top level as a response with a brief summary of the clue, adding some kind of time indicator for reference, and people who want to can respond ICly.

So something like:

Anduin comment header: after the bush fire

Comment: ( Anduin learned this one dude X smokes on the regular! Link to an Anduin post, or where he learned it, if you want. )

Everyone else, in IC comment responses: Duuuuuudddeeee X, not on. We loved that bush, it gave us life.

Wrathion: Wait, I heard Dudette Y was actually always in cahoots with X, maybe she had access to his matches?

In theory, this would work to capture "scrap" clues — mod nudging could still be deployed for bigger clues, like what comes out of RNG NPC posts, to be shared out in individual posts.
