Astarion can't turn anybody into a vampire, sad to say! As a vampire spawn--he gets all of a vampire's hunger, but few of their powers. He's also only just getting his first real tastes of people blood here in Eastbound, so he'd certainly be curious to find out what a werewolf tastes like...
