Hi! I am a little familiar with Magnus and his general canon, though haven't gotten in too deep. Yes, I'm sure they will have very normal CR and no one will have to worry about anything. As far as her mimicking, I've just set it as plain superpowers, since some magic is something she may be able to learn that's separate from her ability.
