IDK what you think is a better intro for Kahl to Wrathion, so just depends on your pref -- dragon cure is probably Wrathion most off his game, as it were, because he wouldn't be Confident and In Control, vs him playing security would probably be with Wrathion Very Focused and On A Mission.
