Wrathion absolutely wouldn't ask for help (dragons do not Ask For Help) but we could definitely play with Licyn turning up to be nosy while he's working and Wrathion sensing the magic off him and being like hmmmm... Come Here.

Also, I fully support sending Licyn to flirt his way into goods. Even better if this causes Awkward Shenanigans later.
