Rathakku proposes as follows: he agrees to withdraw his forces from Alem and allow complete evacuation of the fortress, if 10 'foreigners' and Deimar sacrifice themselves to join Rathakku's armies. They have 5 days to decide.
A mod post with OOC notes will be made as well — basically, just to log if 10 characters agree by 7 March to join Rathakku's undead ranks.
