I can put down Wrathion as a 'maybe' here, as he'll be pretty preoccupied by the Irenia situation and if that goes south.... doubly so.

His magic affinity however is all earth/fire/heat not ice. But maybe he can spot fill cracks by melting so they reseal then Wrath can use cold magic to set it? Idk.
