Hey guys! This is not a game closure notice — putting that up first, just to get it out of the way! Eastbound is a plot-heavy game with an overall mystery-based fantasy horror story that is unravelling over Arcs. Each Arc can stand independently, but also builds on the previous one and sets the foundation for its successor — and the story can be told faster or slower.
Every few months, it’s good on the mod-side to get a sense of where we are in terms of steam, how we’re feeling — just to take the pulse of the game. It genuinely helps to know how to plan for the next few months. Now’s a good time to have another check-in, because we’re finishing an Arc next month, and we’re approaching the game’s two-year anniversary. And it's just easier to factor in before a new calendar goes up. So, without further ado, if you have time and don’t mind answering:
1. As of now, do you think you’ve got the time/interest to be in the game another six* months?
*Only asking about six months at a time, because it's hard for any of us predict life on a longer timeline nowadays.
2. Is there anything you’d like to see event-wise that you’d find fun?
Whether it’s a premise, or a trope or a mini-plot opportunity — who knows, maybe we can make it happen! One small request: please be specific!
