Nacho's sadness and grief also hovers largely around bad choices he's made, specifically his choices to enter into a life of crime to begin with, as well as having disappointed his father, his father not being able to retire and having to work 11 hours a day/six days a week until he dies, etc etc although there's some general trauma there too surrounding things he's been forced to participate in, having his autonomy taken from him, youuu get the idea! His guilt follows similar patterns although it's more focused on specific events whereas the sadness is just a more general "I wish I'd made different decisions" vibe.
I might go with sadness/grief bc I suspect there will probably be plenty of opportunities to explore guilt themes later on.
