More seriously: Tess has been nursing/hiding a pretty significant wound for the past couple months. It was cauterized by another passenger (fellow gun nut and friend Stephanivien) but she'll probably want it checked out to see that it's not, uh, a total mess. (It's probably healed pretty badly.) She can be a bit of a bully about Acquiring Services but lol she's loves having a doctor at her disposal.
