Everyone has a unique take on their character, too, so they may have just written her differently who knows. As for it being a little worse now it's less about the goddess thing and more about her being traumatized by what she became and what she did, and she is even slower to trust because of everything that went down. Not very willing to explain how she's a world ender, it's very shame-based, and fear of trusting others since everyone in canon abandoned or betrayed her by the end. Five Hargreeves could probably tell him how difficult she can be when pressed, but that's why I'm looking for ways to break down her barriers.
