So, long story short: I wouldn't aim for ooc plotting til around the 16th, since you should know the result of the senate vote oocly around then, even if it's not icly disclosed til the 19th.
Give it 4 days of plotting, takes you to the 20th + 1 day of logistics for me, takes you to a mod log up on the 21st/22nd with your fallout and logistics. I'm saying ahead: you'll have to be open to accommodate or integrate plans from other players, and you'll also have to thread the coup out — I know a few games that let people just say what characters do and then it's summarised and assumed, and even though this is a large-scale affair, I'm keen on threads! If that all sounds good, meet you folks again around the 16th, and I can put it on the calendar.
