It's one of those skills that are permissible with some situational limits — it would be conveniently impossible to teleport to an undiscovered location, and it might have to be grounded during some other plot-linked circumstances, where it'd make problem-solving too easy.

If you've already nerfed it, stick with the nerfing, I'd say.
