I always felt Wangji and Gil have a decently chill and matchy-matchy vibe, so I am all aboard with them figuring their way around Taravast — do you want to go investigate in the shady necromancer district and probably get chased or suffer a mugging attempt in a dark alley, friend?

Alternatively, Wangji has his two chonk arctic rabbits, so they can suffer the inevitable disaster of their pets running around the palazzao at some point, probably in the awkward middle of a masquerade or ball or delicate event, because of course that's when they would.

YES, PLEASE. wangji is definitely a chill friend candidate and someone he thinks is pretty reliable. He'd be totally down for figuring things out and especially shady districts. He's A+ at running for various reasons, so this will be piece of cake.

Wangji might have to get him not to break character on a mugger because can they just shoot this guy's dumb ass, how obnoxious!

i feel like a (star) strega and a (sun) grisha with (their own versions of) a Cut would have much to discuss, but also wanda.

there actually was some light summoning toward the end of emilia's book*! it was with her amulet as a conduit, which she doesn't have anymore, but i do believe it's something she should be able to do regardless/without it someday... the sequel should be giving me more answers (i am waiting not-so-patiently for october five).

it would give me so many feelings. i may already be having them. both their storylines are so rooted in grief and i feel like it's almost impossible to understand some aspects of it unless you're twin yourself. LET'S DO THIS.

*let's also ignore the fact she summoned something much bigger like a demon of war.

I think the two redheaded witches should probably unionize at this point. I'd love to have Lily intersect with either of your gals, either exploring Taravast or coping with court, or whatever. Magic ladies need to stick together, obviously.

I won't lie I'd love for Wanda to meet Lily especially <3 please Lily teach her to better understand magic. she has too much of it and not enough understanding

Honestly, you read my mind, one of the things I'd love to start working Lily towards is going wandless when it comes to using magic so maybe the two of them could work together, and the sparring potential is there! Also, I mean, friendships across the board, tipsy nervousness at court is always a good experience.

Hi I'd love to work something out with either of my characters and Gil, Lily would probably make the better therapist, but either she or Zuko could definitely become a have your back/hang out type friend. Zuko is also going to be on Macaluso, and his role is going to have him being talked to death by rich old men trying to give him life and business advice, so anyone who can get him away from that would be very much appreciated. I've not yet tied Zuko up into any Taravast plans, so maybe they can get into something together?

Also Lily would be happy to use her magic to make his animals easier to transport if that's useful!
