WHERE DO ZOMBIES FIND YOU DURING THE APOCALYPSE? They don't, I find them.

CHARACTER(S) & CANON(S): The Doctor (2nd) - Doctor Who
WHO THEY ARE, THE ONE-LINE ELEVATOR PITCH: The Doctor is an alien from Gallifrey called a Time Lord who has escaped the strict structured life of his people in a stolen TARDIS (it looks like a British police box) and now travels through space and time helping out those he comes into contact with.
THEIR TARAVAST #TEAM: Vannozza
WHAT ARE THEY GETTING UP TO THIS FINE OCTOBER? I'm not entirely sure. He has only just arrived and so far he is just meeting people and getting a lay of the land. He will be entering the court with the dubious reputation of being a torturer which will make it easier to influence politicians and gentry as they don't want to make him angry.

ICE BREAKER ROUNDS:

i. An unfortunate crime has taken been committed. By your character. How do they get away with murder?
A crime, really? Does he look the sort to be committing crimes? He is often able to talk his way out of trouble like this and when talking fails there is always making a clever escape while no one is looking. In the case of murder, well, that wouldn't have been him anyway. The Doctor has very strong convictions against murder. So he would be off on an adventure to prove he wasn't the murder and to discover who was!

ii. What reasonable accessible thing or service can your character be bribed with?
Being a touch childish anything food or sweet related could turn his head but also hats. Offer him an unusual hat and you will be on your way to winning a friend.

iii. In a world where justice actually exists, how often would your character get slapped by noon?
Occasionally, he does have a very strong sense of morality but he is still something of a rogue.

THREE TYPES OF CR YOUR WANT FOR YOUR CHARACTER (BE SPECIFIC), GO:
Friends - He has met a few people on the testdrive that he quite likes but there is no harm in making more. He tends to like most people, only those who are too self-centered, evil-minded, or are doing something dangerous without regard for those they may harm really get on his bad side.
Other - Being new he is up for meeting all types. He won't get along well with those he considers self-important, narrow-minded or dangerous.
He is up for meeting anyone really!

WHAT CAN YOUR CHARACTER UNIQUELY AND PG-13-INGLY OFFER?
The Doctor is skilled in many things. While not a medical doctor he does know medicine and can discover the causes of illness. He is a tech head and can build/repair anything given enough time. He is a jack of all trades scientist.

I'm just WAITING for the moment Wangji realises he's not a doctor Doctor, and his heart breaks.

He will be awfully sorry to disappoint, and he does still have a great deal of medical knowledge, but yes... not an actual Doctor. Hopefully Wangji won't be too upset over it.

What a coincidence! He could use more friends too! I'm sure they will get on after all they are all in this journey together.

I haven't tagged the Doctor yet, but just the fact that he's a Time Lord and Five has time travel powers and has a whole Thing About It makes me so interested in seeing where that could go. (There's also usually murder in his plans, but whatever whatever.) His CR can be unpredictable, and he can be abrasive, but I can see the Doctor getting his attention.

This one tends to be a little cagey over telling people he is in fact a Time Lord but maybe he will let something slip and Five could pick up on that. A bit of a mystery that turns into a 'Thing About It' maybe.

If the Doctor gets up to any further sneaky shenanigans, Slick is totally there! And he just generally seems like a solid bloke.

This is the Doctor, it's only a matter of time before he gets into more sneaky shenanigans. Actually he ought to be doing that very soon if he is to pretend to be a torturer at Court.

Hello! I'm sad I didn't get to the tdm in time but I think Lily would be fascinated by the Doctor, and I'd love to have them cross paths. She's on Vannozza as well and would definitely approach him considering omg what a story to get saddled with pulling off.

Hi! Oh that's alright. There will always be other chances for them to run into each other.

I suppose they would recognize each other as travelers playing roles in court since they will all be travelling with the same caravan? But even if they don't I'm sure there will be a slip up at some point that outs their role-playing.
