Hello, all! I'm Hebe and I'm bringing in everyone's favorite president, Rufus Shinra from the original Final Fantasy VII. He's going to be coming in a bit after the end of Advent Children where some wild shit goes down.

Even though his 'I will rule the world with fear' phase is over, Rufus can still be a bit of an asshole even though he at least tries to do the right things but does them in a way that isn't exactly straightforward. Rufus has a unique and unexpected way of doing things that are often a combination of brilliant bullshitting and/or making really bad life choices made with the confidence of ideas that start with 'hold my beer'.

Anyway! He's going to be coming into the game in the desert encampment of the Merchant who is sending him to Taravast to help Lily, Five, and Wei Wuxian with the rescue of Elevan and Shen Qingqiu. He's even bringing in some fun little bombs they can use during the attempt because he's nice like that.

He's going to be careful though, trying to blend in as much as possible since he's not sure if there is anyone else from his world so he doesn't want himself a target, he's not exactly very popular back home.
