CHARACTER(S) & CANON(S): Wrathion (Warcraft) WHO THEY ARE, THE ONE-LINE ELEVATOR PITCH: Black Dragon trying to shake off the villainous family reputation by saving the world, via various questionable methods. ICE BREAKER ROUNDS: i. What skills does your character urgently need to pick up? Social skills, very honestly. He has pretty much had one real friend and two employees most of his life, and he messed up the friendship very quickly. He's trying to learn how friendship works, please help him work it out.
ii. Do the ends justify the means for them? He used to think so, yes. Now he's not so sure. It's a difficult thing for him to judge.
iii. What would they do to everyone's favourite red gear, given five minutes and a dark alley? Cut it up and use the materials to make something much nicer.
CR THAT WOULD DRIVE THEM UP A WALL, BUT YOU WANT ANYWAY: People to call him out on his bluffs and not let him hide behind evasive words and topic changes when things get uncomfortable. Wrathion hates to be vulnerable and will run away from it. He acts confident and uncaring even when he cares very much. Pin him down!
CR THAT WOULD BRING OUT THEIR MOST SPARKLING SELVES: People to let him be a little heroic on their behalf, or who are interested in talking about history and magic and so on. Wrathion is actually a huge nerd, but he likes to look cool so it isn't always obvious. Also a little heroism is good for his rocky self-esteem.
WHAT DOES YOUR CHARACTER BRING TO THE TABLE?? - Crafting skills (weapons, jewellery, clothing items!) - Magecraft - Fun to gossip with, can judge people's fashion and life choices with you - Likes to talk shop about mysteries! Want to theorise? He'll theorise with you! - Doesn't take long term offence easily, so if you like to bicker he'll have moved on the next day - Is actually a dragon so if you build up your friendship score with him maybe one day when he owns up to that he'll give you a lift
