THEIR ONE-SENTENCE ELEVATOR PITCH: Soft pacifistic healer priest who also happens to be High King of the Alliance just really needs a nap

THE SAME PITCH, BUT IT'S AN ENTHUSIASTIC FRIEND HOOKING THEM WITH A JOB/BLIND DATE: Handsome prince who was tragically forced to ascend the throne at an early age's has already stolen the heart of the nation (maybe he'll steal yours?)

HOW DOES YOUR CHARACTER RUIN FAMILY DINNER? Likely with having armed bodyguards in attendance who may or may not insist on tasting the food ahead of time. For better or worse, his secret agents did not follow him here.

THEIR TV TROPE: You're asking me for just one??? Pretty Boy, Hair of Gold Heart of Gold, and possibly Beware the Nice Ones

WHAT CAN YOUR CHARACTER BRING TO THE TABLE?
- healing! he is a Priest of the Holy Light, he's always happy to help
- a listening ear! for above reasons! he is a very understanding person
- BIG into theorizing wtf is going on here. NOT a big fan of the Merchant, happy to bounce ideas!
- similarly, DEBATE!!! he loves to argue things, the pros and cons
- he's been trained in hand-to-hand combat, both with his giant sword Shalamayne, but also with the bow and arrow as well!
- technically he's a pacifist but he is not afraid to throw himself into the fight, FOR THE RIGHT REASONS

WHAT ARE THEY UP TO? Pretending his budding relationship with Wrathion is still a secret, trying to keep the fact that he is a king a secret (it's pretty obvious to a lot of people that he's SOME sort of nobility though...). Trying to figure out what the hell the Merchant is up to??? Likely continuing not to make the man very pleased with him in return...

CR/SCENARIOS YOU WANT:
- People that he can heal! He likes to feel useful, and his healing magic is his Speciality
- People that he can talk about Magic with, especially his brand of magic, which ties into;
- People he can talk to about being a priest and get into discussions about The Light, which is where his magic and healing comes from
- Fellow pacifists?
- People he can get into debates/disagreements with!
- People who he can talk to about his budding relationship thing with Wrathion, which he has a lot of Feelings about...; relatedly --
- More people to find out that he is a KING, because the whole issue with his relationship back home hinges on the whole King part. ALSO,
- I WANT TO SOMEHOW continue to ramp up Anduin's dislike of the Merchant, maybe get an anti-Merchant group together or sth? Or at least have him understand more who is on what side, for if something should happen?
- I want to push him outside of his comfort zone! Stress him out. Force him into decisions he would not make, or the lesser of two evils. As a pacifist, he likes to try and make everything work out for everyone's best interests, and sometimes that is not possible...

I've really enjoyed the stuff we've done with Allison and Anduin and would like to continue to do more! I feel like she was just tipping into the stuff with Wrathion in their last thread, but she's the type to give him space to say something when he's ready so! If you would like to do something with that we can work our way there maybe?

YES Anduin is super grateful to her for having saved his life back there, and he DID sort of slip up and imply things (and covered badly too... he is so not cut out for espionage, lmfao)

I'd definitely like for them to get closer as friends in general and for him to be able to talk to her more openly about his personal life!

Is it weird to say that like. She could fit a sort of aunt/mom-type role that he's been missing for a while now? I doubt that she's THAT much older than him, but he's sorely lacking in the yk. Nurturing female energy department haha. He really misses his auntie Jaina, but she's sort of. Part of what he is worrying about being the issue also :c

Allison does have some mom energy, so I'm definitely down for exploring that! She is here to be encouraging, so we can definitely keep sliding them together and see where things go.

While Sylvain is not a pacifist, he is committed to trying to negotiate peace with the tribes his domain has been at war with for generations, because war is dumb, so I think they could have some good talk!

Anduin has just come from negotiating an armistice to get out of the war that was started when the leader of the opposing faction betrayed his father which led to his father's death (making him king...)

He has a lot of Opinions about wars and fighting, seeing as how there have been like. Four??? In his lifetime? He can see how sometimes they are unavoidable (see: when his father died) but also they cost money and there is an effect on the crops and THERE IS A BIGGER PICTURE TO CONSIDER

He will probably be a good king when he's not putting out so many fires, sweats. Also I just read your CR top level, PROBABLY for the best that the dragon bones thing is unknown by even Sylvain himself, considering Anduin's love interest is a dragon...

Anduin has so many little things that would remind Sylvain of his own king that it's not even funny. Anduin does seem to have a much stronger grip on his sanity than Dimitri, though...thankfully!

AT PRESENT, YES HE DOES! We are going to ignore for now the next story arc in the game where he effectively becomes possessed by The Big Bad and becomes the instrument of his destruction. That does bad things to a person's morale, you see...

Royals gotta royals together we gotta find a way.

YES WE GOTTA anduin does have one advisor here with him (yes wrathion IS TECHNICALLY his advisor...) but it would be nice for him to be able to bond with another royal who yk, UNDERSTANDS what he's going/been through at least on a broad level
