Hi, I'm Sara and I'm bringing Captain Christopher Pike of the USS Enterprise along with me. He's the Captain of the Flagship AND Starfleet made him sit out a war so he and his crew could restart the Federation if it all went badly.

He can ride horses, cook, and is generally a very respected commander.

His Canon Point is after Strange New Worlds 1x03 The Ghosts of Illyria & I can't wait to get started.

Welcome to Eastbound! I'm Spider, and I've just thrown another new arrival into the mix, Kahl-175 from Warframe. I'm only marginally familiar with Discovery, so I'm looking forward to learning more about it through the game!

Kahl's a bit suspicious of captains, since his home government is a lot closer to Star Trek's Terran Empire than it is the Federation, and he's recently gone renegade and formed a... semi-anarchic commune of ex-slaves, basically? But he's had his preconceptions challenged a lot already, so he's likely to warm up to somebody like Pike.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of Pike in-game!

Pike's somewhat familiar with the Mirror Universe, so at least he'll know where those reservations come from. He's pretty friendly right off the bat so hopefully that'll make things go a little more smooth.

Friendliness goes a long way! Kahl's happy to talk. He's got some fluency and cognitive issues thanks to [insert complicated setting history here], but overall he's a quick thinker and sociable sort, he just occasionally needs a minute to line up his thoughts into words.
