Anduin may heal with magic (technically it's The Light but I am simplifying for the sake of Brevity haha) but that does not cure everything! And he's struggled with that.

Also Azeroth is Weird and even though he deals with Magic and everything, Anduin's mentor is technically an alien from another planet so! The whole space travel thing you've done isn't so foreign to him, despite him looking like some medieval princeling.
