As a newish FF14 player who so far only has met Francel, I wish I could throw Xie Lian at this guy because it would be hilarious, but alas he is in the bowels of the muntains. that being said, Moran here is a royal in his own right and kind of like an Ishguardian noble without the pointy ears and minus the religious fervor.
