Stephanivien , manufacteer of dragonkilling devices extraordinaire is going to be hitting up the Southern Tower soonlike to get a gauge of what they have and what he can use to start constructing the relevant pieces of a giant, Dragon-harpooning siege weapon.

A fellow experienced fighter of dragons would be swell! Stephanivien's from a country(ish) that have only just ended a thousand-year-long war with them, so he's got the knowledge and the chops, and would love any and all extra insight into the particular draconic task at hand.
