marty's whole life is doing his best without understanding wtf is going on and then, hey, look at it all working out!

i've been really enjoying their thread together!! nynaeve is so patient with his nervous ass, and lowkey, someone who seems to have their wits about them despite the bizarreness of the scenario is. extremely important to have in marty's book. he's probably going to stick by her every time he sees her because she's so dependable, haha!

and y'know. also do his best to help her with stuff. ;_; he's not very smart, but he's good with his hands at least!!

also i love wheel of time so seeing nynaeve at all made me SO EXCITED

awwh i'm so glad, i've been enjoying it too! having someone young actually listen to her is wild given everyone here is more likely to hare off on their wild plans on their own (as, you know, makes sense for them hahaha) she'll want to keep watching out for him, though her magic likely won't... be mentioned... until she's stressed and angry enough she's using it

he's helpful! this is leagues beyond a number of people!!! in her opinion, which, well, you know how that goes

look, where marty comes from, he KNOWS listening to someone more experienced / wiser than him is where it's at. his best friend's a guy in his 70s! he's also grown up so lonely that teenage rebellion means literally nothing to him. he just wants friends man

and nynaeve doesn't immediately call him hopeless or an idiot so. she's already better than what he grew up with B) he will be your trusty assistant whenever you need~

and omg, YEAH. i've been enjoying the show too!! i'm so excited to see season 2 when it comes out 😭 BUT FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH I AM ADORING HOW YOU WRITE NYNAEVE. the little comment you write about her proper title being wisdom FLOORED me, it was just so funny thinking marty was trying to be polite and. it still wasn't enough.
