Hello I'm Beren, fresh meat to the game! My plurk is
tinuvielberen please feel free to friend me. I’ve been in danmei/c-drama hell for a while now, it's great. I mostly plurk about rp, danmei, and adventure sports.
I'm bringing Wen Kexing from Word of Honor, which is a drama adaptation of the novel Faraway Wanderers. He's an ancient Chinese martial artist and a foppish clown who wanders around having adventures and flirting. He’s a kind soul and good person who’d never hurt a fly. He’ll tell you this right after wiping (someone else's) blood off his fingers, too. His life goals are to set the world on fire and watch it burn, and live together forever with his soulmate (Zhou Zishu).
At his canon point (episode 14) he's just found out that that latter goal is unattainable, which makes him very sad. World burning is still a go, so there's that, at least.
For reasons, his personality cycles between ridiculous, baby, and murder, often all at once.
tl;dr

His genre is wuxia, so while he has some of the powers the other cultivators here at Eastbound possess, he doesn't have any ability to communicate with spirits, raise the dead, fly on a sword, etc. For more information on his powers, check out his app.
His username on the network will be "A jug of wine amidst the flowers" because it's a line from a famous poem by Li Bai about loneliness/drinking alone (other characters are welcome to recognize it), and because it's pretentious and emo.
I'm really looking forwards to playing here, and nice to meet you!
