Normally, he'd try some combination of short range teleport and partial shift to just flare his wings so he can disguise that in fog. The problem is, whatever shapeshift he manages here -- partial or full -- would expose himself to the air! So he'd need to shift back quickly and normally his clothes hammerspace back and forth with him but...
You could argue those clothes are part of his visage, and the fancy red safety suit isn't. So it would tear.
If you'd like some exciting consequences and actually try to kill Wrathion I'm down for that. If you wanted it to be extra spicy we could somehow combine the two, and she could end up so deliriously exhausted he has to move her somewhere while rotting and when she wakes up she isn't sure if she imagined the wing part but now Wrathion has passed out from starting to decay regardless.

Normally she'd be good at patching up clothes (although idk about what the suits are made of), but not necessarily if she's both delirious and weak. Poor Wrathion.

I'd be happy for her to either manage to patch it, if slowly, and then if she's too slow he can just pass out from the pain then wake up later once it's healed, or she can call for help/he can call for help before it gets bad. Honestly if you wanted an easy in for CR with Anduin, Wrathion could call him and then Anduin can combination dispel her for a hot second and help patch Wrathion up and heal his decay creep. I could always have Wrathion tap out at that point so you can have a thread just with Anduin while Wrathion gracefully slumbers as his suit is fixed and his decay healed, to save 3person thread stuff.

Oooh, that would be intriguing! I would welcome such a meeting with Anduin, if Teresa is interested. Sansa and Anduin trying to patch up Wrathion's suit while she tries not to dissolve into a puddle of guilt while explaining she's not really crazy. If Anduin doesn't work out, there are others one of them can call for, too!

Anduin would not hold it against her, that is the wonderful thing about him, he would get that it was the Bad Lighthouse Magic. (Though he would be Very Concerned for Wrathion also, let's get his suit repaired so he does not keep decaying before their eyes yes, Sansa? :xxx)
