ICE BREAKER ROUNDS: i. What skills does your character urgently need to pick up? More first-aid type things would probably be good just so he doesn't have to call up a persona to heal a paper cut or something.
ii. Do the ends justify the means for them? It depends on the ends? Like... he'll do what he needs to, but he's not going to throw people into the fire for something either? Now, throwing himself in the fire is a different situation, but.....
iii. What would they do to everyone's favourite red gear, given five minutes and a dark alley? Iron it, probably.
CR THAT WOULD DRIVE THEM UP A WALL, BUT YOU WANT ANYWAY: People who don't have other people's best interests at heart. CR THAT WOULD BRING OUT THEIR MOST SPARKLING SELVES: People he can be a brother to or help Fight the Man with.
WHAT DOES YOUR CHARACTER BRING TO THE TABLE?? Fire! Ice! Necrotic/radiant damage! Really creepy but awesome demon spirit things that fight for him! A really spiffy costume! He can make scientifically designed curry!
He's also a great listener and friend in general and you will never get rid of him once he decides to be your friend.
Eleven could help him with first aid things if you like. The bean recently-ish took a lot of healing lessons in Taravast to better himself as the battle-medic he's largely wound up playing the part of.
Five can fill his need for someone who doesn't have people's best interests at heart. Not that he's actively plotting against you all, but has very narrow goals. I'm sure it'll come up at some point!
And Marcos will appreciate his spirit. He seems like someone Lorna would get along with.

And awesome. Heh, looking at Marcos's stuff, Akira was arrested and put on probation for stopping an older man who was assaulting a woman (dude was drunk and fell down, and Akira got charged with assault), so... Yo, I heard you like the wrongfully persecuted....
Sometimes there's bleed over, he totally warmed up to the devil so you never know. His CR is usually unpredictable but I'm up for anything!
And yes omg. Marcos has some strong feelings about this. The law has never been on his side, and they really did not like an organization focused on helping mutants. Akira is just the kind of person he'd want on their side as someone who knows right from wrong and does something about it. He'll be an easy ally for him.
