Honestly, Vanessa's fashion probably wouldn't make him blink in the slightest. They're both inclined towards Drama, just in different ways.

I'd say his outfits (at least canon) win in the drama department. Hers are just...Victorian. She's not even wearing fancy jewelry right now bc she was off to do witchy battle.

Luckily Wangji just paid him in pearls so Wrathion does have some of those going spare, and he is good at making shiny things!
