I'm Ryah and I am bringing to you all this magical idiot: Regulus Arcturus Black (you have to say the full name) from the Harry Potter series.

He died in his canon (a death involving magical undead, funnily enough) and then somehow miraculously ended up wandering the mines thinking he's now in a frozen afterlife. Then he was taken in ('held hostage' would be his description of events) by the woods' people who did shelter him and feed him until Karsa found him during the trials and gave him a rock.

So he's having a moment to consider what is this death!

Maybe he'll go pet a fish?

Regulus doesn't know what he wants. He's kinda still processing his death. And the woods' people. But I can totally see them having a discussion down by the lake?

Both true. It's very simple for Five, he's got this all... almost figured out, sure. If he hears about his death he'll probably assume he's alive via time travel nonsense, so feel free to complicate his already insane math with that information.

I could absolutely give him a reason to be by the lake. This whole thing was how it went down with his rude forest guy. He also hasn't really shared that the whole thing happened with the group, so you know. Telling people to be afraid of the wind?? That sounds silly.

I don't know if Regulus will bring it up on his own or just bottle it deep down inside him until it comes out in an unhealthy way. (It's usually the latter with him.)

That's very interesting! Regulus would be like 'does he control the wind, cuz that would be real bad!'

Here's Regulus' experience with the woods' people. So he's got some knowledge that the others might want to know, he just doesn't know he knows things now.

The forest guys really took a shine to him! Five would be curious for the sake of his grudge, so he could be prompted to questions. Just don’t count on him running to gossip about it unless he sees some benefit... he’s got trust issues. :[

Hi, I'm Kiki, with two different Chinese fantasy boys, this one here who is older, master of Gemini (yes, actual Western Gemini) and his power is that he can know animal languages and also one of the people who make money for the lot.

The the other one is Lan Sizhui, the good adopted son of Lan Wangji (and also of Wei Wuxian), who is still somewhat fresh and adjusting. He's a young bean... at nineteen which might be in the Regulus age range...

Also... I don't know anything about The Untamed so I have to ask, does Lan Wangji have a bad adopted son? But I'd love to toss Regulus and Lan Sizhui together to see how they fare. Newbies together.

... now that I'm slightly less knocked out by the second dose: no, no, Lan Wangji doesn't have a second son. But Lan Sizhui's other dad is gremlin enough to irritate a fish. /points to network post to that effect, which defined the situations better than I could put it into words

Oh poor Wei Wuxian, dying is really rough! Regulus' brief encounter with his own death has left him not a fan. They will have to meet, I don't know if they'll get along, but that is the fun surprise of RP, right?
