OH. So now that actually makes sense to me. I feel kind of bad now for assuming he was a huge jerk.

Nakia is my best friend back home. She knows about all the social and political stuff.

I wasn't exactly painting him in a flattering light. They're all fine. [ She adores them. ] Living with them is challenging. Guys are guys.

Is she involved in the World Government where you come from?

I can't relate. My dad is a teddy bear who quotes poetry and my brother is super religious. They don't really fit the whole guy stereotype. Hey, as long as they're fine, it's all good and I support you.

Oh and not yet. We're still in high school. She did get on the board of our local mosque so give her time.
