Mini-plot - Food poisoning

so, Xie Lian is canonically someone who cooks so badly their cooking literally knocked out cultivators for hours and mangled a god's ability to use punctuation for weeks on end.

Xie Lian himself is immune to his bad cooking because :
1) he has literally starved before, so he will quite simply eat anything
2) he also is quite literally cursed to not be able to die, so even if he does poison himself, he'll be fine in the end, so he might as well eat
3) it's only been on the floor a few minutes don't waste food

So of course, with travelling, and a bigger group, that means more opportunity for Mod-approved food poisoning!

No need for sign-ups or pre-plotting unless you feel like it! Just jump right in!

To honour this great culinary feat, please expect:

some of the living caravan members will try the wares. Mazyar may be found offering priceless mint for tea brewing at a handsome fee

Arha and his passed-on people will partake of the culinary wares, then... several ghosts will flicker out in disgust and/or agony

Both groups will be decidedly less keen on interacting with Xie Lian and more suspicious of the party. Some of the ghosts may or may not accidentally tamper with Xie Lian's tent for a few evenings.

But characters can help out the living with something that passes for a cure, and the dead with... a friendly shoulder to cry on.

This great tragedy unites one and all.
