Hi folks! You can find the October activity check (AC) and admin below:

OCTOBER ACTIVITY CHECK

AC is done in-house, and you do not need to do anything unless your character is listed below. Please try to use character tags for posts and logs you tag into — it helps track your activity.

Regular activity requirements are one of the following during the AC month:

■ a network post
■ OR 10 text/network-style comments across at most two threads
■ OR five log comments across at most two threads

Activity can be carried out on either the game communities or character inboxes.

In September, I couldn’t find sufficient activity for...

Comment here or PM @ groundrules until 5 October if you want to reclaim your character, or if they have September activity that was missed! In an effort to tighten up on AC requirements a bit, this is the last month when characters with two consecutive strikes can be reclaimed.

Would anything interesting, for example about the undead Attaryl witches, or pertaining to the cousins be left behind outside of that diary?

Nah, the only bits about the undead Attaryl are in that diary.

Oh, the charming kind of heist while staying on his toes because they are still witches, gotcha.

You can charm them, work some sleight of hand, play thug in the corridor, whatever you guys want to play out. Grannies won't be expecting it.

That diary contains a variety of notes regarding Urbano's travels, the many sites he's visited to recover Bessis artefacts, the names and details of some of the foreign donors and allies to the Bessis cause (alongside some choice blackmail leverage, now and then) annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd.

If you read the book very carefully.



The names, rank and brief descriptions of the living versions of the undead found in the Bessis tower, and how they perished in the conflict between Bessis and Attaryl.

So, are the six who are in custody by the group among those with listed in the diary?

And if they are, will that make communicating with them easier / more difficult / have no impact? Since if I recall correctly, they are more aware of themselves than Unhalad's bunch...

Also, the information here should give clues on how long have they been undead, correct? Like, in the last decade, in don Urbano's youth, that kind of thing...

(I'm shooting in the dark to see if anything interesting will shake and fall out. In case you need to prioritize how detailed answers don't have to be. ;) )

I'll be honest, that's a lot of irrelevant granular detail — it won't really give you much. The key takeaway here is that these were known and documented entities.

They died in the conflict between Attaryl and Bessis that ended with a turn of arms against Arha's armies.

No problem! If you want that kind of stuff for your threads/posts, aka if you're for sure going to be using it, happy for you to come up with it — it doesn't really change anything for me, big picture-wise.
