Hello, hello! The latest plot rolls are now live, linked below. They cover events between 22 June and 5 July.

As a reminder: everyone can participate, even if you didn't sign up. The recommendation is to choose one plot roll, to avoid getting overwhelmed — but no one's the boss of you.

You can make your own network posts, or play things out in the logs linked below.

NPC threads have been allocated, but threads will go up within the next few hours — you'll receive a relevant link at the time.

While much of the events overlap in terms of timeline, loosely you are looking at: the Sunken (towards the edges of the Crossing), the Concord, then the Priests (as the ships deepen their journey into the Crossing). The Dissent takes place more broadly throughout.

So, if he wanted to ask a little more about this 'mysterious reward', like what is it, how do we know it's actually worth anything...is there anything he might be told? He won't push too hard but a man can't help be curious (is his excuse anyway).

Not fully — Kaneki Ken has further detail (maybe liaise with the player?), but Caladan has been promised the Pariah upon completion of his work. This is only part of his reward, with the other half unknown — but Caladan Kreil appears mightily pleased with himself for his transaction, and he suggests this will certainly be worth his helpers' time.

Perhaps if you come back with more information/very specific questions (check in with what the others have learned), he might spit out more, though!

PLOTTING

Things Sizhui will be doing:

- Playing the guqin with calming melodies and spiritual energy to ease people down
- Attempting to tell stories which will probably be very different from anything the pirates have known.
- He might agree to some indulging the pirates, but may subtly pout his way out of something too bad.
- Try to seek out the owners of belongings left behind. It wouldn't even occur to him to loot.
- Help with the research / powering of restarting the sails because spiritual energy.
