ACTIVITY CHECK
Hello one, hello all, welcome to July! Activity in your neck of the woods is handled by modly hands, and you do not need to show activity proofs unless you are on the following list. Please don't forget to use character tags on posts/logs you tag into — it helps stalk find your activity!

Activity requirements are one of the following during the month:

a network post
OR 10 text/network-style comments across at most two threads
OR five log comments across at most two threads

In June, I couldn't find sufficient activity for:

Rachel Silva | thehoneybadger — RECLAIMED
Wen Qing | silverneedles — RECLAIMED

If there was sufficient activity for these characters, let me know below until 5 July ! Alternatively: if this is your first activity check (AC) failure, you can reclaim the character here, take a strike and meet regular game requirements in July.

If this is your second time missing AC, but you still want to stay in the game, please PM @ groundrules to talk things out.

The July calendar is up — a mid-month update will fill in the other July events.

The Test Drive Meme That Was Promised: ...stays on the table! Currently working out the kinks, but it is likeliest to land 2H July or early August.

Since you folks seem to love them, there is now a tag for catch-all logs. With great tag power comes great responsibility.

ICYMI: we now have a list of all the notable items/creatures with the party and a loose summary of the story so far.

Mini-plot - Food poisoning

so, Xie Lian is canonically someone who cooks so badly their cooking literally knocked out cultivators for hours and mangled a god's ability to use punctuation for weeks on end.

Xie Lian himself is immune to his bad cooking because :
1) he has literally starved before, so he will quite simply eat anything
2) he also is quite literally cursed to not be able to die, so even if he does poison himself, he'll be fine in the end, so he might as well eat
3) it's only been on the floor a few minutes don't waste food

So of course, with travelling, and a bigger group, that means more opportunity for Mod-approved food poisoning!

No need for sign-ups or pre-plotting unless you feel like it! Just jump right in!
